Returns Policy for Artworks, Prints, and Sculptures

At CyberArt, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will happily exchange it for the same item. Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

• Express Shipping: For expedited delivery, choose our Express Shipping option for faster delivery within 3 business days.
• International Shipping: We also offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the destination address. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase. If shipping options are not listed, then your shipping will be included in the total price as standard shipping.
